Price and delivery time

◥ Every order to an Econt or Speedy office worth over BGN 100 has FREE delivery for products that are not included in the promotion or subscription plans!
◥ Each order is sent after confirmation by phone.
◥ For orders up to BGN 99.99 and to an Econt office, the price starts from BGN 4.
◥ For orders up to BGN 99.99 and to a Speedy office, the price starts from BGN 3.
◥ The price of delivery for all orders (regardless of their value) to an address starts from BGN 5 (for some small settlements the option to an office is not available, and delivery to an address is more expensive).
◥ An additional fee of 1.2% of the value of your order will be charged for payment by "Cash on Delivery" / upon delivery to the customer's address this fee is 2.4% /. The fee for SMS notification is also applicable and costs BGN 0.18.
◥ The exact delivery price for your order will be calculated in the ordering process and you will see it before you complete the order.
◥ Each order is sent with the "Preview" option. In case of cancellation of an order after an inspection, the customer is obliged to pay the courier costs for the shipment.
◥ Delivery is made with courier companies Econt and Speedy usually within 1 working day, unless otherwise stated in the detailed page for the purchased product. The shipment can be delivered to the recipient's address or to an Econt or Speedy office of his choice.
◥ All orders placed after 13:00 on a weekday are processed and shipped the next business day and are received on the next business day (including Saturday at the customer's request). All orders placed on weekends are processed on the first business day following the weekend.

Method of payment

Payment for orders placed in the online store amerov.org are made through:
◥ Cash on delivery - in cash upon receipt of the shipment by courier.
◥ Econt Pay [Onlain Payment method].
◥ Wire transfer [Bank Transfer].
We accept bank transfers, direct bank deposits and international money transfers for orders from Partners or larger individual orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal or business checks. If payment is made by bank transfer, direct deposit or international money transfer, please DO NOT SEND until we contact you with the exact amount of your order.

Product inspection before payment

◥ We give you the opportunity to receive the product from the courier to open it in front of him, to view it before you pay. If the product does not meet your expectations, is not the product you ordered or you find a defect, you have the right to return it to the courier or replace it with a new one, and the cost of return delivery is covered by you.
◥ Of course, you can accept the product from the courier by paying for it (cash on delivery) and view it at home.
◥ In case of refusal of a shipment after inspection, the value of the courier service for returning the products to us is at your expense (the Client).
