Procedure for exchange or return of goods
This page only describes the steps for making returns and exchanges of goods purchased from the online store www.amerov.org, owned by Hyper Group Ltd., with UIC 175456435 and Correspondence data: Bulgaria, Varna, Varna district, Municipality Varna, 23 Major Mincho Dimitriev Str., Info@amerov.org, mobile phone 0887 33 99 39.“Hyper Group” Ltd. follows the statutory standards for return and refusal of an order, established by the Consumer Protection Commission in Bulgaria and described in the general conditions. If you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your shipment, you need to request one. After ordering, you must return the items as soon as possible and no later than another 14 days. The following are the steps you need to go through:
Item replacement
(1) Request for replacementIf you want to replace an item from your delivered order, do the following:
Place a new order in the Amerov Oils online store with the new type of product.
When finalizing the order, write in "Additional notes" that you are placing the order for the purpose of "replacement".
Return the products to the office of ECONT Varna Kolhozen Pazar. For recipient indicate "Hyper Group" Ltd., phone 0887 339939. The following must be attached to the shipment: goods receipt that you received together with the product / products.
◥Important! We do not accept shipments sent by cash on delivery, as well as shipments sent at our expense.
◥Important! We do not undertake to receive shipments from post offices or offices of other courier companies.
Each customer can return products to Amerov Oils with a courier company of their choice, but only to the address Varna, 23 Mayor Mincho Dimitriev Str., By notifying us at info@amerov.org or by phone 0887 33 99 39 for the number of the bill of lading with which he sent the product, the name of the courier company and contact details. It is not possible to return the goods in person to the specified address for security reasons.
In case of replacement, refusal and / or return of the order, the customer pays for the courier services.
Replacement of an item is recommended for a product of the same or higher value than originally purchased. In case you choose a product of lower value when exchanging, the difference in price can be saved in your account as a credit, which you can use later for shopping.
(2) Implementation of the replacement
◥ After we receive your shipment and make sure that the commercial appearance of the goods is preserved, we will send you the new shipment with the desired products.
◥ The value of the courier services in both directions in case of exchange is at the expense of the Client.
Return item
(1) Return requestUsing our feedback form on the Contacts page, you must describe that you wish to return an item (or all items) of the order by completing:
◥ the number of your order (you will find it in the e-mail with order confirmation or in your profile if you are shopping as a registered user);
◥ reason for return;
◥ indicate that you want a refund from us.
(2) Return of goods

◥ The following must be attached to the shipment: goods receipt that you received together with the product / products.

◥ Important! In case you return a shipment after examination and test at the courier, the cost of courier services in both directions will be at your expense.
(3) Refund
Once we receive the returned goods from you, we will refund the amount within 14 days.
Damaged goods
The following requirements must be observed when exchanging or returning goods purchased from the Amerov Oils online store:
◥ The products must NOT have damaged complete packaging;
◥ The products must NOT have signs of use, damaged appearance or staining;
◥ If an item returned by a customer does not meet the above requirements, Amerov Oils reserves the right to return the product to the customer without notice!
Important! If a product returned by a Customer is in a condition in which it cannot be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge the Customer for bringing the product in its original form (if possible) or to cover the difference in price, obtained by selling the product second hand. In case he does not agree with this condition, we can deliver the product back to the Customer, at his expense.
